By working with me or obtaining my designs you agree to my Terms of Service.

General

✦ My art is NOT to be used for AI✦ Do not upload my art without crediting me⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅COMMISSIONS✦ I have the right to deny any requests✦ Prices are subject to change due to requests (commercial use/complexity)✦ Send CLEAR references - please have a colour palette ready for easy colourgrabbing✦ You do not claim the art as yours✦ You do not receive profit from the commission piece✦ If my TOS is violated, I am allowed to use the commission for profit✦ I am allowed to use commissions as examples unless a private fee is paid.✦ You may not remove my watermark⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅ADOPTS✦ Blacklisted users cannot own my designs

Payment

Only applies to buying off the Vgen platform✦ Payment will be done through PayPal or CashApp and in USD✦ 100% of the price will be paid before starting the commission✦ Do not send payment before I have agreed to take the commission✦ Do not request a chargeback under any circumstance, I will provide an applicable refund

The process

Currently working through Vgen ONLY✦ Allow up to 1-6 weeks for the illusration to be completed
✦ You will be allowed revisions in the sketch to base colour phase (2-3 revision phases)
✦ The piece cannot be altered once beginning the shading phase (unless I have a misunderstanding)
✦ You will recieve a high quality image^{NOTE: this is not a physical product}⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅

Blacklist

Users on this list have broken my TOS or personal reasons I wish to not work with them anylonger.I wish that anyone on this list do not contact me, or have a friend contact me on your behalf. I do not blacklist lightly, I assure there are no mistakes on this list.I do not blacklist via association unless you have violated my TOS, threatened another person, or make me feel generally uncomfortable.Do not give these users my designs or commission me for them. This will result in a blacklist.If they sell/gift/resell my designs they cannot apply a new T.O.S or recive them again.
